The processing of this data takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR if your inquiry relates to the performance of a contract or where the processing is required for the performance of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries directed to us (Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR), or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR) if consent has been requested.
The data you have sent to us via requests for contact will remain with us until you ask us to delete it or revoke your consent for storage, or when the purpose of the data storage ceases to apply (e.g., after completed processing of your inquiry). Compulsory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.
If we use contracted service providers for particular features of our offer or if we would like to use your data for commercial purposes, we select these service providers carefully in each case and monitor them, and inform you in detail below about the respective processes. We currently maintain a company profile on LinkedIn to communicate with customers, prospective customers and active users to inform them about our services and products.
The information in this Data Privacy Statement relates to the processing of your personal data in the context of your visit to our company profile on LinkedIn to the extent that the processing is implemented by us.

Besides this, a part of the processing of personal data takes place under joint responsibility with LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (hereinafter: “LinkedIn”). We process your personal data for the following purposes as relates to our LinkedIn company profile:
a) Initiation of contact and interaction
We process your personal data if you contact us via our company profile when you use the features provided for this purpose (e.g., follow, messages, comment feature, contributions, “Like” button, forwarding/sharing) or when you retrieve the contents provided by us.
If you contact us in this manner, we will process the personal data that you have directly disclosed in the course of this (usually: user name, profile picture, message contents, including if applicable, photos contained in them, date and time of the interaction) to answer your request for contact. We will also process your personal data for the public presentation of the company and for information about and optimisation of our products and projects.
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. The legitimate interest pursued by us is initiating contact with (potential) contractual partners, prospects and job applicants, presenting our public profile, and informing you about our products and projects.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR if you should initiate contact via LinkedIn for the purpose of concluding or performing a contract with us.
b) Analyses for statistical purposes by means of Page Insights
For the purpose of designing our offer as appropriate to needs and for its continuous optimisation, we use Page Insights in our company profile on social media. When you visit or interact with our company profile, the provider reports anonymised information to us in the form of statistics about our visitors and their interactions on our company profile (Page Insights).
We process the data by means of Page Insights for the purpose of optimising our offer and assuring an effective communication with (potential) contractual partners, prospects and job applicants.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. The legitimate interest pursued by us is the improvement of our offer on our company profile.

We generally process your personal data exclusively in Germany and the European Union.
LinkedIn also transmits personal data to countries outside of the EU and the European Economic Area (“third countries”). More details can be found in LinkedIn’s data privacy policy (https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy?trk=homepage-basic_footer-privacy-policy).

We will delete data that have been stored for the aforementioned reasons when they are no longer needed for the purpose pursued by us, and provided that no other legal bases apply, in particular no statutory or contractual retention periods. If you contact us via the provided features (e.g., the comment feature), we will process your data at the most for as long as we can view them. You can determine the length of time during which they can be viewed yourself by removing the data in question, e.g., by deleting your comment on our LinkedIn page or by deleting your rating.

Plugin for appointment booking Bookly Pro
On our website, you have the option of making appointments with us. We use the WordPress plugin “Bookly Pro” for this appointment booking. You can find the manufacturer’s privacy policy at: https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/privacy/.
In order to be able to arrange an appointment with us in this way, we ask you to enter various data in the booking form. The data you enter in this way will be used for the planning, execution and, if necessary, follow-up of the desired appointment in order to arrange the desired meeting date with you and to be able to contact you afterwards in the event of changes to the appointment or obstacles. We will send your booking confirmation for the selected appointment to the e-mail address you have provided. In addition to the general website usage data, the following personal data will be processed by us:
Your name and company affiliation, the names of any accompanying persons, your work telephone number (optional) and e-mail address, your preferred date and time.
We will store the data you have entered until you ask us to delete it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in offering you a user-friendly, time-saving and progressive way of making appointments with us in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If you do not wish to make use of this option, please call us or send us an e-mail.

3. External hosting

This website and the and the data of the Bookly Pro Plug In are hosted by an external service provider (“Host”). The personal data gathered on this website are stored exclusively in Germany on the Host’s servers. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the operator in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
The Host is used for the purpose of the performance of the contract in relation to our potential and existing business partners (Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, quick, and efficient provision of our information and service offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR).
Our Host will process your data only to the extent that this is necessary for the performance of its service obligations and it will follow our instructions regarding these data.

For reasons of security and protection of the transmission of confidential contents that you send to us in our capacity as the page operator, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. 8. Your rights as data subject
